We are pleased to announce that Tweed Shire Council, the largest council on the north coast of New South Wales, Australia, signed a three-year contract with PRIME BPM Software to enhance operational efficiency and drive process transformation across its organisation. This strategic partnership underscores the Council’s commitment to optimising processes, achieving cost & time savings, and delivering exceptional services to the community.

PRIME BPM’s intuitive platform provides a clear visual representation of current and future processes, enabling effective process analysis and optimisation. PRIME BPM Software’s extensive training programs will empower Council staff to become proficient in BPM concepts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

“We’re excited about implementing formal business process management in Council. PRIME BPM will enable us to map, analyse, store and enhance our processes using best practice methods. The system will support the development and capture of new processes during our digital transformation and empower us to carefully manage and evolve our processes over time.” Robbie Lashand, Coordinator Information Technology, Tweed Shire Council

The partnership addresses Tweed Shire Council’s key concern of ensuring that all users understand the full capabilities of PRIME BPM Software. Training sessions and ongoing support will ensure that staff are equipped to maximize the benefits of the software, driving sustained process transformation and growth.
