Product Marketing Manager at PRIME BPM

Operating across Australia, South Africa, India, and Ireland, we deliver cutting-edge BPM software, consultancy, and training to both private and government organizations.

Your Role:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of the PRIME BPM software. You’ll lead the charge in launching features, developing product campaigns, and engaging with our user community to deliver exceptional value.

What You’ll Do:

  • Market PRIME BPM Software features and functionalities to the target audience.
  • Plan and execute impactful product marketing campaigns in partnership with the Marketing team.
  • Maintain and update product roadmaps with input from Product and Customer Success teams.
  • Conduct customer interviews to build testimonials, case studies, and sales-supporting content.
  • Perform market research to uncover industry trends, customer needs, and competitor insights.
  • Plan and implement cross-sell and up-sell initiatives to boost product adoption.
  • Build and nurture the PRIME BPM Software user community, organizing events and activities.
  • Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with resources such as product demos, videos, pitch decks, and guides.
  • Be the go-to person for product storytelling at events and in customer engagements.

What You Bring to the Role:
Must-Have:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in enterprise software product marketing.
  • Proven ability to build and manage user communities.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers to develop case studies and testimonials.
  • Expertise in software competitor analysis and promotional video conceptualization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, innovative, and enthusiastic about sharing ideas.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.

Working Hours:
6 AM to 3 PM South African time.
