The BMD Group continues its involvement with PRIME BPM software.
The BMD Group is presently using the PRIME BPM’s end-to-end Business Process Management software to develop mappings of current business system processes and integrations. Documenting and understanding their present state in advancing stakeholder engagement, continuous improvements, and product advancement.
Underpinning its growth strategies, business transparency and standardisation, will enable the five business units within Australia, including BMD Constructions, BMD Urban, Empower Engineers & Project Managers, JMac and Urbex, and its offshore operations in the Philippines and UK – stewardship which has previously been difficult to visualise.
BMD Group General Manager – Systems Patrick Pearl says the PRIME BPM tool is providing BMD with a robust mapping and collaboration module.
“The tool is enabling stakeholders and subject matter experts within our business to have greater transparency across the systems and processes within our business.
In some instances, for the first time, the tool is providing an in-depth knowledge on the actors, applications, data sets or integration pieces of which our people are impacted.
The knowledge delves into who, what and when which will provide our people with access to cleaner, better data sets, assisting in smarter, quicker decision making,” Mr Pearl said.
